Till alla mammor - To all mothers

I dag är det Mors dag och jag vill fira oss alla med en frukost eller lunch ute i det härliga vädret. Jag har inte serverat något, så det är tomt på faten än så länge. Hoppas att ni alla blir ordentligt firade i dag. Jag kan tyvärr inte bjuda min mamma eftersom hon inte längre finns hos oss. Men jag ska tänka på henne *puss & kram*.

Kramar

It's Mothers Day today and I wanna celebrate us all with a breakfast or lunch outside in the lovely weather. I haven't served anything yet, so the plates are empty. I hope that you all will be properly celebrated today. I can't give anything to my mother because she isn't with us any longer. I will think of her instead * kisses & hugs*.

Grönt är skönt - Green is nice

Den här tiden på året känns så grön. Det är en explosion av gröna nyanser ute och jag väljer gärna ljusgrönt inomhus. Det är också en väldigt intensiv tid och jag hinner inte allt jag vill. Mina projekt är små just nu, som t ex korset och den lilla madonnan som jag har målat vita. Längre ledighet - större projekt ? Snart har jag en vecka ledig !!

This time of the year feels so green. It's a explosion of green shades outside and I choose gladly lightgreen to things inside. It's also a very intensive time and I don't have the time to do all I want to. My projects are in a smaller scale right now, for example the cross and the little madonna that I've painted white. Longer holidays - larger projects ? I have a week off soon !!

Vilken dag - What a day !

Idag har jag varit på en konferens med mitt arbete. Vi åkte till Gripsholm och jag är så nöjd med dagen ! Det har varit både roliga, intressanta och nyttiga saker som jag har upplevt. Som tur var hade jag kameran med, så att jag kan visa er några bilder. Det var också skönt att få tillbringa en dag med sina arbetskollegor under andra omständigheter än annars. T o m vädret var fint !

I've been on a conference with my work today. We went to Gripsholm (it's a place a bit from Stockholm with a castle, much history and lovely surroundings) and I'm very pleased with my day there. It has been both fun, interesting and useful things that I've experienced. It was good that I remembered to take the camera with me, so I can show you some pictures. It was also nice to be with my fellow-workers a day under other circumstances then usual. Even the weather was fine and the sun was with us !

Beslut - Decision

Nu har jag bestämt mig ! Nämligen för att låta någon annan rama in den japanska bilden jag skrev om i ett tidigare inlägg. Det är en tavla som jag har ärvt och som jag vill göra ett litet skåp av. Idén kommer från Brooke på bloggen Velvet & Linen. Hon visar mycket olika saker på sin blogg så där går det verkligen att få inspiration !
Den blir inte klar förrän om flera veckor, men nu är jag ett steg närmare mitt mål !

Kramar till er alla som gör mig både lycklig och glad

Now I've come up to a decision ! That is, that someone else will frame the japanese picture that I wrote about in a post for a while ago. It's a picture that I have inherit and that I wanna do a small cabinet of. The idea comes from Brooke with the blog Velvet & Linen. She shows many different things on her blog and you can really get inspired there !
It will not be finished for several weeks, but I'm a step closer to my goal !

Trädgård - Garden

Nu är det så fint i trädgårdar och i naturen med alla blommor i olika färger och all grönska.
Det är faktiskt fint i min trädgård också :) Med eller utan min hjälp... Som jag har sagt tidigare så har jag inga gröna fingrar. En liten trädgårdstomte skulle vara till stor hjälp och nu menar jag inte den i porslin som står stilla utan en på två ben som rör sig och sköter om trädgården :D
Jag njuter av att våren är grön och blommig !

It's lovely in the gardens and in the nature now with all the flowers in different colors and the greenery. It's hard to believe, but it's also nice in my garden too :) With or without my help... I've mentioned it before that I don't have any green fingers. A little gardengnome could be a big help and I don't mean the kind that stands still. I mean some on two feet that moves and take care of the garden :D
I'm enjoying the spring with all the flowers !

Hälsning - Greeting

I dag blir det inte mycket mer än en hälsning till er och en önskan om att ni alla kommer att få en skön och solig helg ! Tänk att det snart är sommar och att sommarlovet börjar om några veckor.
Jag hoppas att jag kan skriva något mer i helgen :)

I think that today it will only be a greeting and a wish that you all will have a nice and sunny weekend ! Can you believe that it's summer soon and that the summer holidays begins in a couple of weeks.
I hope that I can write some more soon :)

Tider

I helgen var jag inne i sta'n (det är då Stockholm jag menar) och tittade runt lite. Jag råkade hamna på en loppis på Östermalmstorg (åh, en loppis !!), men jag hittade inget jag tyckte om. En idé jag hade var också att besöka butiken "Solgården", men så var det ju det där med tider. Ah, på söndagar var det inte öppet. Så synd ! Jag fick nöja mig med att kika in genom fönstret. Men jag ska försöka igen för jag tror att de har många vackra saker där.

Kram från mig till er

This weekend I was in our city (and then I mean Stockholm) and I looked around. I happen to find a flea market at Östermalmstorg (yes, finally a flea market for me !), but I didn't find anything I liked. I had an idea that I want to go to the shop "Solgården" but then it was that thing called opening-hours. Oh, at Sundays it wasn't open. What a pity ! I had to be satisfied with just looking in the window. I must try again because I think that they have many lovely things there.
